Moriches bay diner was opened on December 19, 1994 by George and Christina Nikolopoulos with their intentions of offering the neighborhood great food and service at a great price. Almost 30 years went by and our mission is to still continue to offer a family atmosphere with freshly prepared food that is made to order.
